  I had to replace my Hum this week. I tried everything to pair my cellphone with the new Hum. Nothing worked. Tracey Harris saved the day. She kept working on finding the cause. She did hands on, made calls and didn't give up. When the problem was found, she made the changes. She even when with me and installed the Hum Spraker and the Hum OBD. We were able to call my husband and he was loud and clear. Tracey even gave me a hug before I left. My Mom has cancer and I never know when I have to go to her. The Hum gives me confidence for traveling long distances. Tracey told me she hoped my Mom's health improves. She is a great person and I feel blessed by meeting her today. Verizon is lucky to have her.
